I am an experienced Events & Experiential Marketing Leader with a strong track record of delivering high-scale, high-visibility productions for global brands and international audiences with 8 years of experience in events and marketing. My work spans some of the world’s most prestigious events - including Formula 1, the Dakar Rallye, Sanremo, Sziget or Radio Italia Il Concerto - where I’ve helped create immersive experiences that elevate brand presence and engage millions. As a part of the communication campaigns I have collaborated with media houses in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy or Poland, such as RAI, RTL, CME, CNC, Bauer or LiveNation.

- Project manager of Valtteri Bottas Day in Slovakia - F1 driver of Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN. The project brought the brand visibility to all national TVs in Slovakia in prime time

- Thanks to ambassador marketing managed to increase the number of followers by about 634% on month-to-month - ORLEN Benzina SK Instagram
- Initiated, planned, and executed marketing activities and projects - Accountable for the first online video campaign of Stop Cafe private products which led to rising in brand awareness by about 17%
- Accountable for communication of Stop Cafe and Benzina ORLEN brands at Karlovy Vary International Film Festival 2021 - initiated and executed daily activation on the spot which had an impact also in the online and reached over 1 million people
- Cooperated on Formula 1 tour in the Czech Republic - was accountable for the communication of the project. Communication reached via the biggest national outlets over 80% of the Czech population
- Managed SoMe channels of Stop Cafe, creating a Pinterest channel of Stop Cafe; increased engagement by about 12% within a month and increased the number of followers organically by 43% within a month
- Launched new products on the market - accountable marketing campaigns on-air, online, and offline
- The launching campaign of Chia drinks resulted in an 80% month-to-month increase in the saleability
- Kicked off an ambassador program and started to use influencer marketing for Stop Cafe activities. Under my leadership, the program had over 10 ambassadors and Stop Cafe started to collaborate with the biggest Czech influencers
- Web Design: Created over 10 sub-web pages in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in order to increase brand awareness on the B2B market
- Project management: Created videos for internal purposes in order to build awareness about “Employee Advocacy”
- Marketing & Sales organization: Accountable for Google My Business for 90 locations – improved traffic about 20 % over 1 month
- Sales & Communication strategy: Coordinated and built relationships with international partners, which led to an increase in the revenue by about 60 % when compared to the previous year
- Managed the production and execution of festival activities across all parts of the value chain (from production through to local distribution)
- Business Strategy: Collaborated on festival strategies for new acquisitions with a focus on being included in a competition section; the two most successful movies won 10 awards at 9 different festivals
